Opening in September 2025 at the Armand-Frappier Health Museum, Get Moving!<\/em> invites you to dive into an interactive experience highlighting the many benefits of physical activity for both body and mind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through scientific discoveries, playful scenarios, and content designed for the whole family, the exhibition explores the body\u2019s mechanics in motion, the benefits of exercise, and the challenges and motivators that influence our desire to get moving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During your visit, you\u2019ll be encouraged to reflect on your own relationship with movement and discover practical ways to add more activity to your daily life\u2014at your own pace. A lively, positive, and inspiring exhibition that makes you want to move for your health\u2026 and for the fun of it!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
