Digital technology is an integral part of young people’s daily lives: social networks, digital platforms, applications, artificial intelligence, communication tools. However, behind these common uses lie often invisible dangers: excessive screen exposure, manipulation of information, privacy violations, digital addiction, social pressure, and psychological impacts.
As part of Digital Youth Month, this talk aims to raise awareness among participants about the less visible risks of digital technology, enabling them to better understand the mechanisms at play and adopt more responsible and protective behaviors.
