Artificial intelligence is playing an increasingly important role in young people’s daily lives, particularly through social media, studies, and professional projects. While it is a powerful driver of performance and productivity, excessive or uncontrolled use can lead to dependence, loss of autonomy, and a weakening of critical thinking skills.
This talk is part of Digital Youth Month and aims to open up a space for reflection, discussion, and awareness-raising around the concrete digital choices young people face when it comes to AI.
