Building on the success of FCTM 2025, the SMPTE Montreal committee is organizing the fifth edition of the event: “Careers in Media Technology,” which will be held on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at the SAT Society for Arts and Technology (SAT). The event is aimed at students, job seekers, and companies with ties to media technologies.
The programs targeted are those related to audiovisual and sound engineering, telecommunications, and computer science (network architects, network managers, programmers). Graduates of engineering programs (electrical and software engineering) are in high demand by employers.
