This workshop brings atomic science into the kitchen, where students can make their own fruit juice caviar and taste it. Their neurons will be stimulated as much as their taste buds! They will learn more about polymers, the fantastic molecules that form the basis of many products around us. After all, cooking is always about playing with molecules!
